Shipping Costs 

- Verdigris Club Members: Complimentary worldwide shipping, always. 

- Non-Members: Flat rate worldwide shipping will be added at checkout, except during sale periods.

Processing and Shipping Times

- In-Stock Items: Ship within **5-7 business days**, unless stated otherwise. 

- Custom Orders: Ship within **8-10 weeks**, unless stated otherwise.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping. There are no additional costs for customs and duties.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

Liability and Disclaimers

- Lost or Stolen Packages: OOP Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. 

- Delays: OOP Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance. 

- Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. OOP Inc. is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Insurance

All packages are shipped fully insured.

Returns Policy 

As most pieces are made to order, all sales are final. OOP Inc. does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
