OOP Inc. provides worldwide shipping and has a strict no-returns policy. Please review the terms below.

Shipping Costs 

- Verdigris Club Members: Complimentary worldwide shipping. 

- Non-Members: Flat rate worldwide shipping will be added at checkout.

Processing and Shipping Times

- In-Stock Items: Ship within **5-7 business days**, unless stated otherwise. 

- Custom Orders: Ship within **8-10 weeks**, unless stated otherwise.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees will be included in the flat rate shipping.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

Liability and Disclaimers

- Lost or Stolen Packages: OOP Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. 

- Delays: OOP Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance. 

- Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. OOP Inc. is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns Policy 

All sales are final. OOP Inc. does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
